« Beautiful resort away from the noisy theatre district yet close enough for accessibility. Well equipped kitchen and great amenities. We had an issue with a noisy air conditioning unit above our room. The front desk staff were able to find us another room. This was not an easy task as the hotel was very busy due to Veterans Day. Greatly appreciated their effort to find a solution. »

« The hotel was built in 1997 by John Q Hammons, a SW MO business man and philanthropist who has since expired and the property is now owned by Atrium hospitality which cut staff, services and other amenities while raising prices and running the property into the ground. Signs of neglect and decay are clearly visible particularly in the swimming pool and in the rooms As is common with takeovers and buyouts, the new owners are more interested in short term pecuniary gain than long term viability. »

« We’ve been on the road across the U.S. for the past 14 days, staying in all kinds of motels and inns, and unfortunately, the Crestview Inn in Branson may be the most disappointing place we stayed at. « Stayed on July 7 2026, Wednesday: It’s an older property. Almost vacant, entire complex, seems to cater to v.i.p. Group. Best part of the condo was the outdoor veranda area. Check in at 4pm…wow! Unless VIP, then check in is noon? After a drive from Texas, got there 2 pm. Had to wait 2 hours for a call that unit was ready. Never got the call so went back to office and after a while they let us in to the unit. 4th floor. Elevators all the way. Then the neighbors showed up. Wow so loud sounded like...

« The office clerk was very helpful at check-in, couldn’t have been any nicer! The motel is a bit dated, but well worth the price point. Great place for families on a budget. »

« I loved that our dog stayed for free (no matter what size). Everything you needed for a pleasant stay. Enjoyed the extra large shower. Located right off the highway, but getting in and out was difficult. »

« Room was clean, beds comfortable, good sized tv. Shower pressure was good, water was hot, drained properly. Breakfast buffet was pretty decent, eggs, biscuits & gravy, sausages; waffles, bagels, bread/toast, oatmeal, cold cereal, oj and coffee. We did not get to use the pool during our visit but it looked decent. Only issues we had was our door sticking and making it tough to open, my husband didn't care for the floors - he prefers carpet, and one day of our stay the breakfast area was too full...

« The room was perfect for our purposes, which was basically having a place to sleep when the long days were over. It was clean, reasonably priced and the restaurant had great food. I'm sure we will be back. »

« This is a five-star review of a one-star hotel. I'm not reviewing the Ritz-Carton, this is an Econolodge. I needed a clean, safe, comfortable hotel room for a few of nights until my house was ready. I got all of that for a great price. No frills, just a safe place to stay with really lovely people who will go out of their way to do what they can to make your stay pleasant. What more could you ask for at $50ish/night? »

« Didn’t have no hot water Everything else was great just no hot water in our room »

« We were upgraded to the Presidential suite which was a pleasant surprise. However being that the suite has vaulted ceilings and it was a very hot week in Branson the room did not stay cool upstairs. The room was very nice and loved the balconies and the jacuzzi tub. The shower was horrible though absolutely no water pressure but again the tub was nice. »

« We didn't eat breakfast so, I don't know about that. The room was small. The kids loved the pool. We were in a good location but, the lights from the attractions across parking lot lit up the room. It is not peaceful. The bed was very comfortable. »
