« Nice grounds; clean; easy access; nice decor »

« Beautiful resort away from the noisy theatre district yet close enough for accessibility. Well equipped kitchen and great amenities. We had an issue with a noisy air conditioning unit above our room. The front desk staff were able to find us another room. This was not an easy task as the hotel was very busy due to Veterans Day. Greatly appreciated their effort to find a solution. »

« We left the property 1 hour after check in bc the pool/hot tub was closed for the entire weekend, the whole reason we booked there in the first place. On valentines weekend »

« Unique rooms, each one styled differently. Easy check in via email-they send door code. Didn't have daily housekeeping but fine not having someone in the room when we aren't there. »

« We seemed to be the only people staying at the property and it was very quiet. It’s located close to all of the things we wanted to do, and the room was very clean and comfortable. The only issue we had was the mattress was uncomfortable, but overall staying at the property was a great experience. We definitely will be visiting again. »

« When we first entered our room, we thought it was great. Then as we started unpacking we noticed how dirty things were. Our daughter was going to sleep on the pull out sofa and there was popcorn and other food chunks in the sofa bed. We tried to make up the bed and there were no linens available. Called 3 times before we got anything. Ended up with 2 sets of sheets, 6 pillowcases, no pillows,and no blankets. Remotes didn't have batteries, so we had to call and get some. « We’ve been on the road across the U.S. for the past 14 days, staying in all kinds of motels and inns, and unfortunately, the Crestview Inn in Branson may be the most disappointing place we stayed at. « Staff were great, felt safe at this hotel. New furniture package was nice. The free breakfast was really good. I liked the biscuits and gravy. Very nice pool with the bar attached to it. You can tell they take allot of pride in this hotel. We will be back. »

« We loved the stay but in being honest, there was a few things that we would like to mention. Thats what these are for, so I hope this is ok. My friend and I are pushing 70, I am disabled with cancer and we found that with our room being upstairs, with luggage the climb was really hard for us. The parking was confusing with no organized method of parking. Our window view was of the parking lot. BUT, on the good side, it was one of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed at. « This was a very nice resort! The rooms are clean and big. We loved the big fridge/freezer. The bed was so comfortable. They offer lots of activities even though we missed all of them because we were gone so much. They have a great game room. And they also have games outside. The pool and hot tub were clean. We loved it! »
