Medina6 nights4.5 star property6.0/10 - (2 reviews)"What the website advertised and what the hotel offered were two VERY different scenarios. We arrived at the hotel and waited 25 minutes to be checked in, the employee just disappeared. When making arrangements to be picked up at the airport, they forgot to mention the taxi drops you off and it’s a 20 minute walk to the front door. They advertised breakfast from 4AM to 11AM, it was from 8-10 so we missed it most days due to excursions. The hotel was totally understaffed. I NEVER expect..."Reviewed April 24, 2025Roundtrip • Toronto (YYZ) - Marrakech (RAK)YYZ - RAK • 2 stops RAK - YYZ • 2 stops - Riad Le Patio D'or And Spa

Medina6 nights3.0 star property7.4/10 - Good (20 reviews)"The staff was good even if there was some difficulty to communicate(French to French). Room was okay, beds were not the most comfortable. Bathroom was discussing, the kitchen walls was white with black stains and the water from the shower was going all over the bathroom. We were not able to get toilet paper from the staff. It would be nice if the pool on the roof was having water in it. "My husband and I were only staying for one night on our way from Todra Gorge to Ait Ben Haddou. The last 4km or so leading to the hotel is a dirt track (not the fault of the hotel). The hotel itself is a quirky little oasis that gives off a very peaceful air and is perfect for relaxing for a day. We had booked the Atlas Suite with a rooftop terrace. Unfortunately, that room was already taken when we arrived and they gave us the Nakhla Suite which was on the ground floor with its own little...
"A very special place. We love staying in Moroccan Kasbahs and our 3 nights in Kasbah 123 Soleil were wonderful. Thank you to all the staff who made us have such a memorable time. ❤️"
"This property is very charming and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed very comfortable. The only drawback is the breakfast: Very limited, no vegetables, no fruits, no eggs, just carbs and sweets. Very poor for a health conscious traveler and not at par with a 4-star Kasbah. The staff was friendly and tried their best to give us a homey feel. I recommend this property and hope that their breakfast will improve."
"Very peaceful location. A bit out of town so you need your own car driven carefully down tracks. "

"Magnifique kasbah rénové avec goût et tenue depuis plusieurs génération. Chambre propre et climatisée. Adorable piscine au pied d’une palmeraie de plus de 50 m2 qui a accueilli nos balades de fin de journée. Sans compter la gentillesse de nos hôtes !"
