Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space just outside the town limits of Chora, the capital of Skyros. Partly nestled in an olive grove Themis Homes, consisting of three houses, each with a plunge pool, independent and unique, but sharing the same sense of well-being welcomes its guests. The homes have been designed with special sensitivity to people and to the environment, using sustainable materials and practices and allowing wheelchair access throughout the outside area of the site. Available all year, the house provides a fully equipped open plan kitchen/dining/living area with heating and energy efficient fireplace for the winter as well as cooling and ceiling fans for the summer months. Just outside the town limits the property is a short drive to the main shopping area as well as the beach while being far enough away to provide a peaceful retreat for those necessary moments of tranquility.

The Rooms
There are two bedrooms one master with double bed and ensuite bathroom , the second with two twin beds. A central bathroom is accessible for all. Each room opens directly to the outdoor area which also features a veranda and plunge pool. A central living room includes a fully equipped open plan kitchen, dining and living area with two built in sofas that can double as twin beds. The house is designed in a minimal style in soft, natural colors that compliment the setting of the property.


The Location
Just outside the city limits the house is on a 7000m2 property with an olive grove just a 15 minute walk, 5 minute drive to the main beach of Skyros and 20 minute walk, 7 minute drive to the town square.

To get to the island of Skyros there is a daily boat to Skyros and back and from the port of Kymi at low season, during high season there are boats twice a day. The port of Kymi is about a two to two and a half hour drive from Athens., if you prefer not to drive there is a bus that can take you. There is also an Aegean Air/Olympic Airways flight that services the island 4 times a week.
