Booked this for husbands birthday weekend as somewhere to stay for us and family. Lovely and clean, friendly people, breakfast was awesome highly recommend. Only bit that could be improved is the water pressure in the shower but didn’t detract from a lovely stay

The property is the best better than any of your big hotels liz the owner goes all out to provide an exceptional stay breakfast is cooked fresh daily so close to skegness town and all amenities could not fault the stay in anyway will be booking karema again without a doubt

The Karema is a perfect place to stay, Liz and Ian are great and attentive to the needs of their guests. The rooms are spotless with everything needed for a comfortable stay and the breakfast was delicious. Parking is available for 3 cars but plenty of street parking is also available. I stay in Skegness on a regular basis and this will now always be my preferred choice.

Spent 2 nights at Karema with our 5yr old grandaughter.The staff were so lovely friendly and really helpful,nothing was to much trouble. Our family room was plenty big enough and had everything we needed with the added bonus of a mini fridge which had milk and water in. So handy especially with a child in tow as we can keep snacks fresh This was fabulous as I absolutely hate those little uht milk.breakfast was fabulous great choice. The location of karema was fabulous, just far enough away to be quiet and peaceful but close enough to walk to the beach and all the amenities. Good value for money too. We had a fabulous weekend and so did our grandaughter, she thought it was great.

We had a lovely stay! Liz was the perfect host, friendly and welcoming, making a lovely cooked breakfast! The room was clean, comfortable with everything we needed. Lovely touch with the fresh milk 👌 The location is close enough to walk into town or walk along the coast. There was not enough room to fit on the car park but there was plenty of roadside parking available which was free. We will definatly stay again!

Wonderful, a home from home

My wife and I loved our stay at Karema. The room was spotless, breakfast was good, only a 10 min walk to the train station and 10 min walk to the beach, so the location was excellent. We would definitely stay there again.
