"This is our second time staying in one of these rooms! This one was perfect for me and my two teens. The rooms are very basic but updated with everything we need and have some cute beach-themed touches. Both times we have been very comfortable. The location is convenient to everything by a very short drive (not super walkable but it’s also not in the tsunami inundation zone either, which helps ME sleep sounder!). We’ll definitely be back again!"

It is not called “Retro beach experience,” so it was somewhat confusing. All communication seems to be through the large property management as there was no open office - just a phone number. so So if the manager & some staff hadn’t been there, we would have had a harder time searching e-mail messages / texts about how to get in. "This is a completely automated check in. There are also sound recording sensor on one of the outlet in the rooms that are there if let the management know if there is load noises. The room advertises what automated system they are using so I was able to look up the sensor. It claims it does not record but monitors if the sound level is to high and reports it to the management. I do not know if I believe that, but I thought I would let others know."
