Lobi ilgiliydi erken gitmemize rağmen bizi mağdur etmedi. Odalar temizdi ancak yaşı ve konumu gereği eskiydi. Kahvaltı geç gitmemize rağmen 3 yıldızlı bir otele göre iyiydi. Fiyat performans bir oteldi. Merkezi olması tercih sebebidir yürüyerek tüm tarihi/kültürel yapılara ulaşabilirsiniz.

Otel çok merkezi bir konumda. Otoparkı yok ancak girişte görevliler aracınızı alarak uygun bir yere park ediyorlar. Görevliler gerçekten çok ilgili ve yardımcıları. Ancak otel konusunda tek eksi nokta en üst katta yer alan restoran kısmı. Canlı müzik olduğu için gece geç saate kadar müzik sesi rahatsız ediyor. O yüzden oda rezervasyonu nu 5. kattan alttaki odalara yapmanızı tavsiye ederim.

Very well situated and staf were super-welcoming and friendly. Room was very clean and comfortable, although the previous occupant had obviously breached the no-smoking rule. Staff were able to help with any admin requests showing real patience with my lack of Turkish.

İlk geldiğimde odanın klozetinde bir sorun vardı. Sagolsun yaptılar lakin 45 dakikamı aldı. Başka hiç oda olmadığını bu yüzden odanızı değiştiremiyoruz dediler. Otelin yeri konumu çok iyi. Yatak konforu da güzel. Aham şaham bir lüks bekliyorsanız tercih etmemelisiniz ama kısa süreli dinlenmeler için çok ideal. Orta seviye bir otel. Tercih edebilirsiniz.

الفندق صغير ونظيف الطاقم يقدم المساعدة أعتقد القيمة مقابل المال مرتفعة قليلا الافطار جيد والمطعم نظيف الغرف صغيرة نسبيا لكن مريحة بالمجمل بالعموم الفندق جيد بالنسبة لمدينة صغيرة مثل سيفاس وموقعه وسط المدينة لاتحتاج مواصلات التدفئة ممتازة في الشتاء رغم برودة المدينة الشديدة يتعامل الفندق بالعملة المحلية أيضا

Sivas Sultan Otel'den konaklamamız süresince çok memnun kaldık. Otele erken geldiğimiz halde oda hazır olduğu için odayı erken verdiler. Kahvaltı oldukça çeşitli. Otel temiz ve konum olarak her yere yakın bir bölgede.

Останавливались на одну ночь.Проблемы начались уже при парковке. Некуда было припарковать авто. Обратите внимание что в отеле есть ресторан. Нас заселили на 4 этаж, а ресторан находился на 6 этаже. Примерно в 23.00 начались пения турецких песен (вживую) и продолжались до 4.00 утра. Оказалось после этого еще очень хорошо слышно как движется лифт. Шумоизоляции в номере нет, поэтому слышно все. Отдохнуть после дороги не получилось. Не советую этот отель кто хочет отдохнуть.

Disappointment

Even after confirmation on the phone, booked a non-smoking deluxe room with queen-size double bed and 2-person sofa bed just before the night our stay. When we checked into the hotel late in the afternoon in the following day, we were put in smoking-allowed deluxe room with 2 single beds and 2-person sofa bed. I had to stay in that room with my 2 kids. The smell was a bit stronger when the AC was turned on. The staff was not sincere to explain this situation. The room was clean but very small. By the way, they don't have a parking space, just the street in front of the hotel. Therefore, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anybody.

Great hotel and staff in town centre

Stayed here for 2 nights. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the room was clean and well appointed. We also had a lovely meal in the restaurant. The hotel is close to the main sights and many restaurants.
