  • This bright penthouse is sophisticatedly decorated with white and brown colors, creating a very Mediterranean atmosphere, where you can enjoy views on its large terrace and even spend the winter indoors by the fireplace. The apartment consists of a double room (1'50cm bed), a twin room with two beds and a sofa bed. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Its large terrace of 20m2 with table, chairs, and parasol to enjoy the summer.

I Feel Like I Was Baited ans Switched

It sounds like a wonderful place, but we never saw it. The day before our arrival they had problems with the property. This is very understandable because things happen. They offered me another location for "no extra cost". Since I had rented an ocean view penthouse and they made it sound like they were offering a better place, I took the offer. The place I ended up with was fine and clean. However, it was a place way outside of the main part of the city. It had no balcony, view of the ocean nor heating or air conditioning. Basically, I was given very basic apartment, and I paid for a penthouse. On the bright side of things, the owners were very responsive and helpful. However, I feel like I was baited and switched.

Pent house stay

Overall a lovely apartment situated very close to the station and Mercat super market. The apartment was advertised as having a hot tub, which it did not have. The terrace was lovely in the evening and would benefit from some plants. Great communication from the owners and their very lovely mother, who was at hand to deal with any questions. Really enjoyed our stay, and hope to be back soon.

Me pongo en contacto para presentar una reclamación formal respecto a la estancia realizada los días 1, 2 y 3 de mayo en el ático reservado en Barcelona. En primer lugar, en el anuncio aparecen dos direcciones distintas, lo que genera una confusión importante. Una de ellas nos dirigía a un apartamento ubicado en una zona completamente diferente, mientras que la otra correspondía a la dirección correcta del alojamiento reservado. Esta falta de claridad supuso una pérdida de tiempo y molestias innecesarias al llegar. Además, el número de contacto facilitado no respondía, lo que agravó la situación al no poder resolver la confusión en el momento. Por otro lado, el acceso al apartamento no se corresponde con lo que se espera de un alojamiento de estas características. Se trata de un tercer piso sin ascensor, con unas escaleras extremadamente estrechas, empinadas, sucias y con un fuerte olor desagradable. Si bien el ático en sí era correcto, el estado del acceso y la falta de transparencia en la información proporcionada desmerecen considerablemente la estancia. Por todo ello, considero que la información del anuncio es inexacta y engañosa en algunos aspectos clave, y que la experiencia no ha estado a la altura de lo esperado. Solicito que se tenga en cuenta esta reclamación y se valore una compensación por inconvenientes sufridos

Nuria was a great host and the apartment was comfortable and very clean. Just minutes away from the train station. Excellent location. Nuria fue muy amable y apartamento fue acogedor y muy limpio. Queda solo unos minutos de la estación de tren. Muy buena ubicación.

Appartement très accueillant et idéalement placé

Arrivée sans problème. Appartement très propre, spacieux, parfaitement situé (proche gare, tous commerces et plage). La clim a été très appréciée, ainsi que la terrasse (pour le petit-déjeuner. Seul petit problème: mauvaises odeurs dans la salle de bain. Ainsi qu’une chaise et le banc de la terrasse un peu fragiles (trop anciens?) qui se sont cassés. Sinon tout était vraiment impeccable! Dommage que nous n’ayons quand même pas pu rencontrer la propriétaire, que nous remercions!
