It is located in the heart of the old town, just a minute's walk from San Sebastian beach, known as the most beautiful beach in Sitges. The apartment has 2 double bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The living room also has a double sofa bed. The kitchen is well equipped, including a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, fridge/freezer, etc. The living room is spacious with French doors leading out to a private terrace. From the terrace/outdoor area, you will see Davadalla Park, and the apartment's closest neighbor is the medieval Palau del Rei Moro (Moorish King's Palace), which dates back to the 14th century and was renovated in the 20th century. Relaxing on the terrace, surrounded by beautiful flowers, the park and the castle, gives a feeling that cannot be described but must be experienced. It is a particular place where the painters of the modernist era were inspired to find the light and colours of the Mediterranean. The terrace is a special place to have breakfast in the morning, while feeling the sea breeze from San Sebastian beach on your skin. The apartment has a unique traditional Spanish style combined with modern art and interior, by local Sitges artists. It is renovated and equipped with the latest technology such as high-speed Wifi, Bluetooth stereo/speakers, Smart-TV with Netflix and a powerful adjustable air conditioning system in all rooms. The apartment has two entrances, one from the terrace directly into the apartment and one from a pedestrian street in the old town, which leads via a narrow staircase to the kitchen. Near this entrance is the local butcher, as well as a fruit and grocery store. Here you can get everything you need to prepare breakfast and other meals. The location is one street away from the local pubs and nightlife, and is quiet and peaceful at night. It is just a couple of minutes walk from the restaurants and bars in the old town, and just a minute walk from the iconic Sitges church. Die Wohnung ist Souterrain mit Fenstern nur nach vorne, das sollte man wissen, alle anderen Zimmern, Bad Küche, sind ohne Fenster. Séjour de 4 nuits en juillet 2024 ### 4/10 – Médiocre #### Amy S. 17 janv. 2020 #### Don't book if you want responsive customer service The pros: this rental is in a good location to the water and the center of town; it is also has a reasonably outfitted kitchen but be prepared to provide all of your own condiments as there is nothing to cook with in the rental other than the pans, stove, etc. The cons: I checked into the unit by myself (my husband was joining me 2 days later) on a Sunday during a holiday weekend. One of the CEOs of the property management company, Hello Sitges Apartments, was my contact. His introduction to the apartment took all of 5 minutes and I ended up having a few questions and issues (namely there was no hot water or heat in the unit) that I reached out to him to resolve. For over 24 hours there as no acknowledgement or response to my messages. I had to raise a complaint with VRBO and have VRBO call him directly before he answered my messages -- and he never once apologized for the inconvenience -- his only comment was that it was a holiday. I firmly believe that if you are in the business of customer service, then you need to be responding to the customers, even if it is a holiday -- especially if the customer does not have hot water or heat. You will also want to check out the Facebook page for this business as there are reports of the company not acting in good faith -- I mistakenly believed that VRBO would be more scrutinizing of the partners they allow to advertise on their website. ##### Amy S.
