Location: quiet and residential area of Sirolo, a stone's throw from the center and 50 meters from the shuttle bus stop that takes you to the beaches.  
  
Description: First floor of a new four-family villa. Fully equipped, new and with luxurious finishes. Large living room with sofa - separate kitchen with dishwasher and dining table - master bedroom with double bed and access to a private terrace with sea view - bedroom with two single beds (one of which is a pull-out bed) - bathroom with shower - wonderful panoramic terrace equipped with table and chairs - laundry room with washing machine and sink on the lower floor. Designer furniture. Unique solution.  
  
Wi-Fi service included. Reserved parking space. Property equipped with underfloor cooling system.
