Very clean and comfortable room. Bed was very good. Everyone was friendly and most helpful! Breakfast buffet is fresh, including hot and cold items. It was a very positive experience!

Great place though the location wasn’t amazing

Overall this was an ok stay. And I will rate this based on the fact this is a 5⭐️hotel. I’ll get it out of the way quickly why my review is not 5 ⭐️. The bathrooms: I would give this a 1 ⭐️. Good size but horrible design in every way. The worst sink, even just washing hands or brushing teeth, it splashes everywhere. The sink is huge and it’s in the way and very impractical. Also it doesn’t even match the aesthetics of the room and hotel. But horrible usability. It slashed the user and it splashed the back where we kept our toiletries. So not only were the toiletries wet but also hard to get to because of the horrible huge impractical sink. The shower also leaks outside the door and into the toilet. And while I can see what they were trying to achieve with the frosted glass wall separating the bathroom from the room, it offers little privacy. The shower and toilet door was shared. So once the shower was done and you slid the glass door open, then the water from the glass drained on the floor in the bathroom/toilet area. Just terrible bathroom design all around it’s like the person who designed the bathroom had never used a bathroom before. The closet: no matter which way I opened the doors to the closet I couldn’t open the drawers that were in the closet, so again terrible design. Shampoo & Body wash: to my disappointment I was in the shower and went to use the shampoo and body wash and they were both empty on our 1st night stay. It’s a 5⭐️ hotel. I shouldn’t have to worry
