Ich wurde außerdem sehr nett empfangen und dadurch habe ich mich auch gleich wohl gefühlt. Sehr hilfsbereites und zuvorkommendes Personal: der Lift war bei mir leider kaputt, mir wurde allerdings sofort angeboten, mein Gepäck hochzutragen. Desweiteren hat man dich die Mühe gemacht, zu schauen ob das Zimmer bereits gereinigt war, und ich durfte 20 Minuten früher rein. (Ich hatte 12h gebucht). Damit hatte ich nicht gerechnet und fand das durchaus serviceorientiert und aufmerksam. Lage Lage Lage! Alles in Laufweite, ich brauchte keine Bahn für Restaurant und kurzes Sightseeing. Sehr sicher, auch nachts. Natürlich ist das Zimmer kein Ballsaal, aber entgegen einiger Bewertungen gepflegt und sauber. Tolle Kleiderbügel, Aufhängemöglichkeit.
