Two tlmes I had to claim to have my room cleaned. No TV programs but only paying VOD in chinese. Friendly staff. The only problem is the tv is from China and thus all menu and its remote is in Chinese which is impossible to navigate unless you understand Chinese. If not, that’s the end of it. When I entered the hotel it was already looking shabby and messy. The check in took a long time, they needed som much info, much more as my normal regular stays in 4 and 5 stars hotels. This was supposed to be a 3 stars but for me 1 star would be mor than enough. They told me to be quiet after 22.30 so not disturb other guests, well guess what, it was very noisy after 22.30 by other guests. The bath room had every time no warm water. The room had wifi but my 2 phones and laptop were not able to make any connection as the wifi was to far from the room. The rooms were extremely noisy from sound inside and outside the hotel like the walls were made of paper.
