The housekeeper, Daniella, took care of all our needs on site and got us the house olive oil and wine when we requested to buy them. We were running late because of my directions mistake and arrived an hour and a half late. As we unloading knowing we hadn’t ate, Irene and her friend invited us to dinner in her home on the patio. It was amazing food with super friendly hosts. The dogs are great and the guest house we stayed in was amazing. The pool is available anytime. You be hard pressed to find a better location to discover all of Tuscany. Danielle does a wonderful job, she knows no English but translates and goes out of her way to make your stay one you won’t forget. The AC is a plus with the warm summer days remaining. ##### Ed S. The views were stunning from all sides of the property. The grounds with the olive trees and vines was beautiful and peaceful. We would love to return in the warmer months as I would imagine the pool area and options for BBQ's would make it an even better experience, if that's possible. The dogs - Tito, Nera and Freya - were adorable and sat by our doorstep every night to watch over us. Irene, the owner, was great in communicating with us in the lead up to and during our stay. The pool area is private and serene. The house is well equipped and decorated in a true country Tuscan style. So cozy and welcoming. Communication was easy with Irene and any questions were answered promptly. Upon arrival the manager Daniela was there to meet me. She didn't speak English but Irene was available via phone and google translate worked well most of the time. I can't state enough how amazing Daniela and the others who help mange the property were. She even brought her daughter one day at the beginning to help translate and explain things in the house. I had some issues with the WIFI as I needed to attend a few Zoom meetings. They did everything possible to help solve my issues and we managed a temporary solution to accommodate those times when I needed a stronger connection. I travel quite extensively and realize certain places (especially rural areas) have limited connectivity so I was thankful it all worked out. It was also a great location to get to many of the small quaint towns in Tuscany and Umbria. Generally no more than an hour or (max) two hour drive to any of these great towns. Thank you for a wonderful and relaxing stay. I highly recommend this property. ##### paula j. It was the perfect spot for taking day trips visiting the wonderful towns of Tuscany. We especially liked the full kitchen and large, comfortable rooms. Jul 3, 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Tolle Unterkunft in erstklassiger Lage Das Haus liegt in der ländlichen Toskana in 500 Meter Höhe über die Chiana-Tal, ideal für einen entspannten und völlig ungestörten Urlaub unter südlicher Sonne oder im kühlen Schatten, je nach Lust und Laune. Der große und top gepflegte (beheizte) Pool lädt zum täglichen Schwimmen ein. Das Häuschen ist gediegen und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, die höchst zuvorkommende Besitzerin und die patente Verwalterin sind diskret, aber stets zur Stelle, wenn mal etwas fehlt oder klemmt. Für uns das Highlight: Die zwei freundlichen Schäferhunde, die auf dem weitläufigen Gelände leben.
