Understaffed (waited 5 minutes for someone to show up at reception), disorganized (gave us a room that had yet to be cleaned), and a little disingenuous (saud we didn't have to pay for the "better" room they put us in, which had the same amenities we had booked...). Floor was visibly dirty, but it was otherwise a comfortable stay.

Shower water was nice and hot with plenty of pressure. Sink water faucet was either off or on full blast getting you soaked.

Excellent place to stay . Beautiful view of the River and bridge.The only down fall is, if you have alot of luggage, there's no elevator. There's a ramp, but then you have to carry it ALL UP 2 sets of stairs if your on the third floor, like we were. All the employees were super friendly. We would stay here again, but request the 2nd floor
