LimeTree Studio apartment is located on the first floor of a private villa in the beautiful and conveniently located residential area of Pelican Key-- only minutes away from beaches, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops, and casino. This lovely studio offers a cozy retreat for a couple or single with a fully equipped kitchen, a private outside terrace, and all the amenities you will need including wi-fi, airco, satellite TV, and BBQ gas grill. Private entrance and driveway. Great neighborhood for walking and amazing sunsets. Janet and Shag, are one of a kind hosts, that will open up their beautiful studio apartment above their home and treat you like family. They are warm, caring, and informative hosts, that responds in a timely manner to any and all questions that you may have. They will even provide you with a cup of milk or sugar if you run out for your morning, coffee! They’re beautiful rescue dog, Daisy, also provides, love and morning hugs as needed. The studio apartment is beautiful, charming, comes with an outdoor patio and your own hammock, what more does one need in Paradise. As a solo traveler, I found the accommodations to be a prime location for exploring the island, charming, safe, and exactly as advertised!Exceptional property!
