### 🍸Excellent 3-bedroom house with communal pool for 3 houses, 2500m from the village.

First bedroom with double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, chair, Second bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, a chair, both with balcony, third bedroom with two single beds, bedside tables, wardrobe, chest of drawers , all rooms with air conditioning. Living room with two sofas, two articulated beds, satellite tv, internet wii fi throughout the house. Two bathrooms, one with whirlpool tub and the other with polliban.  
Well equipped kitchen with microwave, wand, toaster, remaining cooking utensils, stove / oven, combined fridge / freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, private barbecue on the balcony, pool view and view of field.  
Communal pool for three houses, family type environment, indoor parking of the condominium. Bed linen and towels are included.  
 Property at 2500m from Armação de Pera, in a quiet area, with neighborhood, for an excellent holiday. With distance of 45km from the international airport of Faro, 15km from Albufeira, 8km from the large algarve shopping mall in Guia, Zoomarine and other water parks at 7km, as well as golf courses, Fiesa sand sculpture festival in Lagoa about 8km.  
 Armação de Pera has one of the best beaches in the Algarve, it is a quiet, safe village, excellent environment,  
good restaurants, pastries, gelaterias and bars. Quiet nightlife, handicraft fairs along the avenue facing the sea, nightlife throughout the village, mainly concentrated in Fortaleza with music.  
During the day you can go by boat and visit the caves, in the morning the fishermen arrive by boat with fresh fish freshly caught.   
There are several reasons to visit and enjoy a quiet holiday and visit other locations of this Algarve.

Propriedade ideal e espaçosa para férias em família. As divisões são espaçosas, acomodando confortavelmente 8 pessoas. Apesar de um pouco afastada do centro de Armação de Pêra e da praia, a piscina acaba por compensar.

la propriete est tres bien au calme du centre ville qui est a 5 min en voiture. la piscine est tres bien les enfants ont appreciés et nous aussi. le proprietaire est tres a l ecoute et fait attention a ce qu il ne nous manque rien durant le sejour. n hesitez pas a lui demander si vous avez besoin de quelque chose. le proprietaire donne une carte de stationnement pout le parking de la plage je recommande ce logement

#### La casa no esta adecuada al número de plazas que oferta

La casa en general esta bien, tiene piscina y esta bien equipada. El problema es que no esta preparada para las plazas que oferta. Tiene dos habitaciones con camas de matrimonio y otra con dos camas. A partir de ahí todas las plazas las rellena con colchones tirados en suelo. Al final tienes que dormir tirado en el suelo en el comedor y en una de las habitaciones. Y lo peor es que estas plazas las cobra al mismo precio que las camas. Si van 6 la casa esta bien, a partir de ahí sabed que vais a dormir en suelo. El otro problema es que el propietario hace demasiadas visitas, 1 al día mínimo. Un día se nos presento a las 9 de la mañana!! porque decía que el wifi no funcionaba bien.

A moradia corresponde à descrição e fotos apresentadas no anúncio. É espaçosa, ampla, confortável, piscina excelente. A zona é muito calma e está muito próxima do centro de Armação de Pêra. Proprietário muito atencioso, simpático e profissional. Recomendo!
