"The one thing that could be improved is with COVID precautions housekeeping doesn’t come to your room if you have a multiple night stay. You have to call for towels and wash clothes. My suggestion would be if they know you will be there 2 nights etc, provide you with the amount of bath linens you will need for your stay. You are paying for these things, so it shouldn’t be left to you to call. No one wants to use the same wash cloth twice.
