Rooms are very nice and clean. Turn down service is amazing. They have onsite laundry. Although, i didnt try it, so i dont know if it cost extra. The full berakfast bar is better than expected. And the indoor pool is both lovely and under used. I saw one person in there all week and i used it every day. Would book again.

The property is clean and in an easy to get to location. The breakfast was typical hotel fare, nothing great. The staff were very friendly. The builders made a few unwise decisions in the finishing touches...our toilet paper holder fell off the wall the first time we used it and pulled a patch of paint off too. It was only stuck on with a sticky pad. A mild inconvenience, lol. We heard others talking in the breakfast room of similar incidents, including shower curtain rods falling.
We found the room to be quiet, clean, and comfortable. we would stay here again!

Loved that we could pipe the mineral water from the lake directly into our tub in the room. Cannot wait to see the spa completed to enjoy that as well. Nothing negative to say just hoping to use the spa next time too. Renovations are under way. Excited to see it completed.
