Float your vacation away in relative privacy... The condo is only 7 total units so very private pool - did I say private ;) Hit Turtle Beach, it's just a 2 minute drive or a 7 minute walk. It's a great beach, less crowded and more convenient than other area beaches. It's closer and easier to access the water from the parking lot and not the spring breaker scene ;) If all the action is what you're after, you can access all the island has to offer with a short drive, or better yet a trolley ride, to Siesta Key Beach and Siesta Key Village. Soak up the festivities, shopping and nightlife. The FREE trolley is an easy stroll from the condo and operates daily, year around. It’s a great way to avoid the hassle of finding parking. You can access Siesta Key Beach, Crescent Beach, Captain Curt’s and the marina, and the Siesta Key Village. Just 40 min away is St Armand’s Circle, downtown Sarasota and Lakewood Ranch’s upscale UTC mall. Even head East for some horseback riding or watch some polo matches at the world class Sarasota Polo Club. Uber and Lyft extremely accessible as well. Our place is bright, fresh and clean with great views from every room. All the furniture and beds are updated and stylish. We’ve tried to provide a great experience for our guests- please read our 5 star reviews and then decide. We are premier hosts for a reason! We are a small community and parking is limited to 2 cars per unit. The pool was great and we enjoyed being able to walk and bicycle to Turtle beach for beautiful sunsets. Also the Siesta Key trolley pick up spot is very close. 5-7 min walk. At the south end of Siesta Key (end of the road), it is away from the crowds but close enough when needed. Short walk to a park and the beach. The condo is spacious and very clean. communication with the owner was timely and friendly. The owner's instructions for getting around and what we need to know was perfect.
