It felt brand new and had everything we needed for a great time at the beach. Perfectly situated in walking distance to restaurants and shopping and ice cream. Loved the pool and the outdoor shower. Beach access was also great although there was only a small part of the beach we could set up at due to the surrounding resorts, but we made it work. Easy in and out at the property. Private and secure. Super clean and extremely well stocked. Beautiful hot tub. Easy access to a few places to eat. Would recommend to a friend, especially if they have older kids. Cons: it wasn’t obvious that the property is two separate units. I wouldn’t have chosen this as we have three younger children. However, the kids liked it and we brought out baby monitor so the toddler went to sleep and we all hung out in the other unit. It ended up working out ok, but I can see how maybe it wouldn’t for some people looking for one bigger unit.
