It suited just the two of us well enough. The floor perpetually felt a bit gritty, but I assume that is common for a beach property in a humid climate. The best aspect of this place is its location! We really enjoyed being close to everything! (beach, shops, market, restaurants) You can sometimes hear the live music from the band at SKOAB bar/gill that play from 7-11pm nightly. Didnt realize it was 2nd floor, parking on listed site was impossible to use. owner found another site a block away we were assigned next to dumpster. someone was parking next to the entry way dumpster. Nearly impossible to navigate if you have anything later than small vehicle. shared laundry room where you are to leave towels and linens in before departure. the problem is that not good process to move laundry. Communication with the property manager was super fast. Very responsive to every message. Making plans to return soon.
