Situated on the Grand Canal with the world famous beach close by, it’s easy to take the free community shuttle, take a short bike ride or even walk if you prefer. The pool is awesome. Access to paddle boards & bikes made it easy and fun to get anywhere. Everyone loved the rope swing. My husband & I hosted our 3 adult children, 2 w/partners. And we had family in the area, who came over for several dinners to play & watch games. It’s a wonderful house in a great location on a gorgeous key. The house was setup with literally every single thing we needed like beach towels, multi coffee machines, and even a fire pit. Great property; spacious & well kept. Located at the end of a quaint, quiet street (a nice surprise with the craziness of the village). Bikes came in handy often. Extra fridge in the garage. Grant was super easy to get a hold of and very helpful. Allowed us to plug in our rented golf cart. Had delicious meals at Ophelia’s & Summer House (make reservations ahead of time). Be sure to check out Island Tap & Grill for the best fish tacos & bowls. And the organic, authentic gelato spot! Whole Foods, Publix, Trader Joe’s & Target all within 15 min drive. Very helpful that this house is located close to the northern most bridge, which is a lot less congested. Can’t beat the powdered sugar sand beaches of Siesta Key. ##### R G. Two families, 4 adults and 4 kids. Location was easy, pool and outdoor area were the highlight. Beautiful grounds, plenty of seating, great heated pool. Well stocked kitchen and outdoor grill were used frequently. House was clean and spacious and beds were comfortable. ##### Kathryn V.
