Location...one mile north of Stickney Point, and just 2 miles from Siesta Key Village, where Crescent Beach and Siesta Key Public Beach meet. A 4-minute walk down our deeded access path will take you to beautiful Crescent Beach, right on the border of Siesta Key Public Beach but not in the hustle-bustle of the public beach arena, to enjoy the sun and surf or to watch the sunset over the Gulf. This unit is on the second floor of a 2-story walk up. The building does not have elevators. Enjoy the beautiful pool and watch the boats go by. Or have a drink at the Tiki Hut. We have a boat basin and a bocci ball court. Come enjoy paradise! The living room is very comfortably furnished and has a 32' HDTV and a DVD. Cable TV is in the bedroom as well as the living room and FREE WIFI is accessible with password. The bedroom is spacious and has a high quality king sized bed and a new 32' HDTV. Sheets, bath towel sets, kitchen towels and 2 beach towels are provided for your use. You will also find paper towels, toilet paper and tissue, hand soap, bath soap, coffee filters and misc. cleaning products. NOTE: This unit does not have a sofa bed. You can either walk to the beach or enjoy the pool on the intercoastal water. They had supplies for fishing and going to the beach. The condo was in great condition and had everything I needed in the kitchen to make some hors' doeuvres for my nephew's birthday party. I loved that someone who likes to cook really stocked the kitchen with utensils and supplies as if I was in my own home. The bed was plenty comfortable, the bathroom was clean, the linens smelled fresh. Then there was the fabulous heated pool, and view of the bay. It doesn't get much better than this! To be across from the beach and have the Bay at your disposal is awesome. It's so awesome that I would even consider buying my own property at Sea Club II. The other guests were friendly and I really felt very comfortable here. You won't regret staying at this small, tranquil, little slice of paradise. I'm in the process of planning my next stay! The property was clean; however, I did have to clean out hair from underneath the toilet seat and in the bathtub upon arrival. A couple of the white towels/wash clothes had hair on it as well. One of the white bed sheets had a stain on it and so did one of the white pillow cases; we just kept those linens to the side and didn’t let it bother us because we know white linens are a challenge to keep 100% white. Other than that, the property was clean. We enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen and comfortable living room. The beach is about a 3 minute walk directly across the street and The Village is about a 3 minute drive. Very responsive, friendly, and helpful- she gave lots of great tips on where to eat and what to do, which made us feel so much more comfortable. We were there about a week after hurricane Irma hit, and there were some minor glitches that she took care of immediately after we arrived. (smoke alarm batteries, Internet, cable issues). The damage to the key was, by some miracle, very minimal, so everything was back open, and we had a really great time. The condo is clean, homey and very comfortable, has everything you need for the beach, and has a well-stocked kitchen- everything from coffee filters for the coffee maker to a corkscrew for your wine bottles! We aren't sure if we will be doing a Florida vacation again next year- but if we do, it will be on Siesta Key- we won't hesitate to book one of Donna's rentals again. That is for sure! ##### Shana C. SeaClub II is a wonderful little condo in Siesta Key! It provides tons of amenities and is very well kept! My husband and I stayed here for our 1 year wedding anniversary and had a wonderful time! The kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils/tools you could need to prepare just about any meal. The appliances are quite nice and really well kept. The condo was nicely decorated and the TV's were great! One in the bedroom and one in the living room! The WiFi was really fast as well and we never had a problem. The storage was wonderful, there was plenty of room to put away clothing and store suitcases. The bed was a huge king size bed and it was very soft! There were no beach towels - so be sure to bring your own! However, there were some beach chairs, umbrellas, and a beach buggy to help you carry everything, but I think those amenities are not guaranteed. The only drawbacks for me were that you could not move the DVD player from the living room to the bedroom (but it's completely understandable) and I wish the sheets and towels were a little softer - but that's personal preference. They were pretty standard - think hotel issue. Other guests made some references to the check out procedures - but those were not a hassle. It really just made it easier on the cleaning crew and I would rather do some of the work myself and have a lesser cleaning fee than to pay more. It was not really a chore to put your towels and sheets in a pile and take out the trash. All rules were very easy to comply with. The condo itself had a small pool and a beautiful dock to overlook the bay. It provided for great nighttime relaxation to just listen to the water and look at the stars. I honestly loved that the condo was on the bay side as opposed to the ocean. And the beach! Oh was it wonderful! The private beach is the biggest perk to this condo! There was ample room for you to spread out and make your own little camp! It was so nice that the beach was not crowded but was in walking distance to the public beach as well, if you wanted more people watching. It did take a full 5 minutes to walk to the beach - but that was a pleasant walk! The condo is also in a great location on Siesta Key. About a 3-4 minute "Tips Only" taxi ride to the main downtown area or about a 5 minute car ride to the nearest grocery store.
