A perfect size for our family and we love the privacy of the lower level for the grandparents. The house is very well appointed and immaculate. Beach access is a real plus as are the chairs, wagons, and beach toys available at the house for the beach and the pool. Pool heater worked well in a colder than average week. First off the location couldn’t have been better. 5 minute straight walk to the quiet part of the beach. The house was beautiful and immaculate. It was so well appointed … I was prepared but wouldn’t have had to bring much of what I did. They provided a high chair and pack n play which was great. Also it had every beach and pool toy you will need. And the 5th bedroom mini apartment was perfect for our newlywed son and his wife… to get a break from the noisy neices and nephews. Pool area is nice. We had 2 families totaling 9 people. Had to contact Tammy within 15 minutes of arrival because my daughter dropped her phone down the tiniest of gaps between elevator and elevator shaft.
