The condo was clean and has convenient access to one of the property pools. Kitchen is moderately stocked with pots/pans/utensils. Plenty of towels supplied as well as pillows and blankets. There is a wagon for carting things to the beach but its not in the best shape and is a real struggle pulling through the long stretch of sand to the water.
