This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo has an 11th floor view of the white sugary sand and clear turquoise water. Along with an envied location, you'll find the interior spacious and accommodating for a group of six. You'll be delighted to first see the Gulf of Mexico as you walk through the front door, immediately putting you into vacation mode. The condo's warm, golden hues and tile flooring contrast perfectly against the bright blue waters below. The kitchen is immediately to the left when you enter, making it the first stop to drop groceries and get settled in. This space is composed of light wood cabinets, beautiful granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. While Siesta key has an array dining options up and down the Key, you'll love the ability to make the occasional meal here in the condo. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, dinnerware, a drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, and more. When you're ready to eat, you can serve at either the glass dining table for six or enjoy dining outside with breathtaking views of the beach and Gulf. Most of your time will be divided between the beach, pool, and the Siesta Key Village, but nothing feels better after a day in the sun than relaxing in the comfortable living room. This space is furnished with a matching leather couch, loveseat, and chair, and spectacular views of the water. Cuddle on the couch with a good book or watch your favorite shows on the large Smart TV equipped with cable and streaming app. As you wind down for the night, take a glass of wine out to the gulf-front screened in balcony. Relax in one of the outdoor chairs, listen to the gentle waves, and enjoy an evening stargazing. When it’s time to retire, head to the master bedroom for a great night's sleep. The bedroom provides a king bed, long dresser, flat-screen TV, and private balcony access. Very clean and wonderful view. I messaged the owners a few times with questions abut the property and got quick responses. However there were not beach towels like I was told there were. The 11th floor has a beautiful view and patio seating for 6 to enjoy it. The space was roomy and the kitchen was well stocked. It was also very clean. The management company was responsive to our needs. We did have a WiFi issue that wasn’t fixed until the day before we left. The cable company had to come out as the management company maintenance person was not able to fix it. It was a simple router reset routine that eliminated all other accounts on the network. This should be communicated to the property manager so they can fix this going forward or leave a note to the tenants on how to fix it. Also, the heat did not work. We had a very cold week and finally turned the heat on and it was blowing cold. The management company was responsive and did have it fixed by mid-week. Other than those 2 things it was great. We did get a one night refund for the inconvenience of not having WiFi. ##### Amy W.
