Located island-side on the fourth floor, this modern coastal unit decorator-designed space effortlessly blends fine textiles with natural elements for an undoubtedly modern coastal feel. The open floor plan boasts light-filled living and dining areas and offers island views and sunrise vistas from floor-to-ceiling windows of your very own private, covered terrace. Crescent beach is located just south of the world-famous Siesta Key Beach but shares that amazing turquoise water as well as the quartz sand that has been called the “finest, whitest sand beach in the world.” The chef’s kitchen features quartz countertops, top-of-the-line appliances and a dramatic kitchen island- ideal for gathering around with family and friends. The master bedroom offers a king bed with island views as well as a large walk-in closet and spacious master bath with twin sinks, private toilet, and walk-in shower. The residence offers one additional bedroom with a king bed and its own private bath. One additional ½ bath is available in the common area.
