The estate features a fenced swimming pool measuring 15 x 7 meters with a depth of 100 - 250 cm, available seasonally from May 15th to October 15th, along with an outdoor shower. It provides amenities such as Internet Wifi, Parking, and an Installment Plan. Montecagnano offers a secluded escape while being conveniently located near local attractions.

Montecagnano's standout feature is its breathtaking terraced garden, spanning 3 hectares and fenced for privacy. The garden is adorned with a variety of plants, trees, and an orchard, creating a serene and natural atmosphere. This vacation home is a 2-room semi-detached house spanning 45 square meters. It features a living/dining room with a dining table and wood-burning stove, as well as an exit to the garden. The kitchenette includes a mini-oven, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, freezer, and electric coffee machine. The bedroom includes a French bed measuring 160 centimeters, with an attached shower/bidet/WC. An additional shower/WC is also available. The gas heating ensures a comfortable stay during your vacation.  
  
Amenities Included  
The vacation home, called "Triangolo," offers a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. These include a terrace and garden spanning 150 square meters, with terrace furniture that allows you to enjoy the beautiful view of the garden, countryside, and forest. Additionally, a children's high chair and baby cot are provided, and free WiFi is available for guests. The home is furnished in a comfortable country house style, with beautiful and rustic furnishings that were updated during a renovation in 2018.  
  
Other Information  
This lovely vacation home, "Triangolo," offers a serene escape for up to two guests seeking a comfortable and rustic retreat. The property allows one small pet or dog, but it is a non-smoking property. The maximum capacity is two guests, with one bedroom and two bathrooms available.
