Great Night After a Long Day

This motel was a welcome stop on my vacation journey. After calling me to find out when I would be arriving, the front-desk manager Mariela was very accommodating. She gave me a quiet room with lots of space, and the bed was firm enough to support my back. The breakfasr was adequate, and everyone was friendly. Overall, i was quite satisfied with my stay.

Ok place to sleep. Inexpensive considering other options. Clean and functional. Beds ok and A/C works fine. Definitely budget hotel but safe and quiet. On the edge of town but was fine. Really not very many restaurants open in the area.

I need to pay extra?

The front desk attendant was nice and friendly, but she told me I was supposed to spend another ten dollars for the third person. I told her I had put three people on the online registration, and therefore had paid for three. She told me when you pay online you need to pay for extra people when you get there. But gave it to me "for free." She also gave us the wronf wifi pass word. But she was nice. The place was clean and beds were comfortable. The room just felt very small as my traveling companions are 6'4" and 6'5'. And of similar size😉

Sleeping on a brick

The room and bathroom were clean, that's where the good stops. The TV is set on top of the refrigerator cabinet, and would have been hard to see from the 2nd bed. The carpet looked old and was rough. Online it says 'pet friendly' but no where did it say $25 non-refundable deposit, found that out at the desk. The bed was hard, and not even saying firm, it was hard. Put a sheet over a concrete pad and you have the mattress there. I don't know if all of them are the same. The pillows looked ok, but squished down to paperthin when used. We woke up more tired and worn out, then if I would have driven the extra 4 hours to meet with family where they were in SD.
