My stay this year was very disappointing. The amenities in the rooms are rundown esp the bathroom. There should be a shower cubicle to cater for elderly guests. When we checked in at 10 pm, we were given a room where the aircon did not work.The temperature did not drop below 28 degrees. After several complaints, the staff agreed to change to a new room. The question I have is how RH hotel can rent out rooms with malfunctioning aircons??
