Conveniently located hotel staffed by friendly welcoming people, but unfortunately there isn’t anywhere in the lobby to sit, all the chairs appeared to be occupied by non guests. Fortunately we were allocated a very spacious room which helped to enhance our stay. Breakfast was reasonably, enough to eat but unfortunately all the “hot “ food was stone cold; for some inexplicable reason all the containers were left open. They ran out of bread at breakfast and made no attempt to rectify the problem. On check out they directed us to the lift that took us to the 2nd floor and then suggested I carry a heavy suitcase up 2 flights of stairs to the carpark. It wasn’t until I reminded them that a staff lift went directly to the 3rd floor parking area and again reluctantly they offered the services of one of the staff to assist us. Nice, comfortable lounge at the living room 2\. Nice river view (My suites was at 9th floor) direct from my bed 3\. Privacy. You cant hear anything except yourself.
