The staff was very helpful and pleasant during my stay. The room was nice and clean, and the breakfast buffet was fresh and delicious every morning. I will definitely be staying here again. I highly recommend!

The rooms were amazing! Comfy beds and the decor was outstanding. The room was clean and had a full kitchen accessories along with a microwave/fridge. That was great. Loved the location close to be able to walk to coffee shops/shopping.

The rude front desk lady insisted in an additional $4.00 cash only payment even though I booked the room through Expedia and it was supposed to include all charges. She never gave me a receipt for the cash only payment she insisted on. The room charges were supposed to include breakfast but they only serve breakfast until 9am. I asked the rude front desk lady what was on the breakfast menu and she answered with a rude comdesending comment. We walked into the breakfast room prior to 9am and other people staying at the hotel were complaining that the highlight of breakfast the waffle maker was not working. We also saw only completely green bananas being offered for consumption. No one eats completely green bananas. We ended up eating breakfast at two different area restaurants instead of eating the complimentary breafast with a 9am cutoff time.
