Shorefront Park Tours and Activities

My sister and I have stayed here many times throughout the years. We rented 2 rooms for a week and were a bit disappointed. The hotel is beautiful and the staff/service is wonderful, but the rooms are tired and are definitely in need of renovation. The carpet in the room was so worn out and dirty, the wallpaper was starting to peel in several locations, the bathroom sink had all kinds of little black marks on it, the lamp shades had stains on them, there were some stains on the sheets, etc. — for as much as they charge for these rooms, that’s unacceptable, in my opinion. When we checked out of the hotel, we weren’t even asked how our stay was, so I plan on sending an email. I hope they give these rooms a refresh ASAP.

They charged us for an umbrella we returned. They also have a deceptive amenity charge- bait and switch. It is false advertising and in appropriate.
