"When we got to the hotel, our check-in was delayed almost until 4 PM even though they promised that their room will be ready earlier. Took me quite a bit of complaining to get to our room by 3:30 PM. The room that we had was very nice, but it had a very noisy AC unit, which was outdated and probably is used throughout the property."

"Very much not clear from the listing, but we were charged an additional significant amount for a cleaning fee for a 3 night stay. The cleaning fee is based on a daily rate, BUT they only clean every 3 days so we essentially paid an absurd amount for it to be cleaned after we left. Listing oversells, and under delivers. Very much paying for proximity/location and beauty of the hotel grounds. Many things mentioned on the listing are not accurate (eg no restaurant open for dinner on property)."

"Very clean, plenty of space. Loved the outdoor seating area and front porch for hanging out. The hosts were very attentive to detail and provided chairs, beach towels, bug spray and really anything we could have thought of. Great location on the ocean with walking trail outside the doorstep, walkable to coffee and restaurants and shops, and walkable or very short drive to several beaches!"

"We want to stay and never leave!!! This property had everything we needed and more! On our first day of check in, Stephanie had reached out about some repair work needing done. It didn't conflict with our schedule and was taken care of quickly. Stephanie communicated with us quickly and was very responsive to our questions. She was wonderful to work with and took great care of us. The place is so close to everything - Poipu Beach, shopping, restaurants but is tucked in from the road and is quiet. The property is gorgeous, well maintained and looks like a botanical garden. There is an actual stream that runs through the property and is so relaxing to listen to at night and is great for "white noise" to sleep. We enjoyed having beach chairs, a cooler and snorkel gear complimentary to us. The in-unit washer and dryer was very handy and we took advantage of cleaning clothes during our stay. Just a very comfortable, quiet, safe, convenient location and beautiful spot to enjoy our amazing vacation!"
