« I think the positive reviews are paid ones. They converted an old bungalow into a hotel. It was right besides train crossing and every now and then you could hear the noise of trains. Some basic facilities like intercom was missing. Although the rooms were clean and tidy, the bedsheet was not so clean. A basic thing like shampoo and bodywash were not provided. Last but not the least, when i wanted to make a card payment, they did not have card swiping machine. Nothing great about the food. »

« Our welcome at the reception was ice-cold no one smiled, slow check-in, we reached exactly on time but rooms weren't ready. When the 2 rooms were allotted (we were 4 family members with a toddler) it was on different floors which was very inconvenient. « Breakfast didn't have much options when we received for the 2nd day. We have paid so much money(around 4 times of the actual cost) through Expedia, and we asked for complimentary breakfast from the day1 which was already in their itinerary. On the 2nd day, we were not having any towels in our bathroom whole day. »
