The gym was small and lacked equipment, which was a bit disappointing. However, the room itself was spacious and maintained at a perfect temperature. The bed, unfortunately, was too firm for my comfort. On a positive note, the staff was incredibly friendly, and I felt very safe throughout my stay thanks to visible security before accessing the elevators. The bathroom was beautiful, and the room offered a beautiful view, with blackout curtains. Overall, I’m giving this stay four stars instead of five, mainly due to the uncomfortable bed. That said, the property is well maintained, and the team truly made a great impression. The upstairs restaurant was a highlight offering breathtaking mountain views along with excellent food and wine. Thank you for a wonderful stay, Sandia. I just wish the bed had been a bit more comfortable.

Stayed at the Plaza Hotel Pioneer Park and it absolutely exceeded expectations. The building itself is stunning—beautifully restored with a perfect blend of historic charm and modern luxury. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-designed, with great attention to detail. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of downtown El Paso. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance, which made the experience even better. The service was excellent across the board—friendly, professional, and attentive. One of the highlights was enjoying the vibe of the hotel itself, from the lobby atmosphere to the rooftop views. You can tell a lot of thought went into creating a high-end, memorable experience. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting El Paso. It’s easily one of the best stays I’ve had.
