The manager went above & beyond on multiple occasions, personally escorting us to restaurants around the town and even helping us book bus tickets to get back to Tokyo! The rooms are spacious, clean & beautiful. They had great amenities including a Dyson hairdryer & free laundry which was a lifesaver for us! The breakfast was delicious as well. We especially enjoyed the beautiful private outdoor onsen. Kotaro-San was very helpful with recommendations of local activities and places to visit and made our stay very enjoyable. His English is excellent as well. Free parking and laundry were a huge plus. Our kids enjoyed the kids zone, complimentary games, popcorn and drinks. The room is very spacious and the beds are very comfortable with a soft and a hard pillow, whichever you prefer.
