This was such a great stay! The woman at the front desk was so nice and helpful, she even upgraded us to a king bed when we checked in. The room was impeccably clean, and everything was well-maintained. The area is walkable and felt safe.

Parking spot provided which was great. Loved the location walked to restaurants. Love it's bigger then a hotel room. Close to wineries

If you are a light sleeper, this may not be the hotel for you. Being from out of town we did not realize that it was on such a busy road and near the college. There was an event going on and it was super noisy outside. Not the hotel’s fault, but something to keep in mind if you struggle to fall asleep unless the stars all align like me. The staff was all helpful and welcoming. The bed was comfortable and they do not skimp on the pillows! They could really benefit from some instructions for the shower. I have stayed at a lot of hotels and have never had such a difficult time figuring out how to turn on a shower. My coworker and I were texting eachother trying to figure it out. Speaking of the shower, as my coworker said the showers were meant for hobbits. I’m 5 foot 2 on a good day and even I felt the showers were awkwardly short and the water got all over the bathroom floor. The free breakfast was nice and I love that they have water and coffee available for free 24 hours. It saved me a trip to the store to buy water.

Clean and tidy. Excellent staff. Breakfast was fabulous with both a sweet or savory option. I will gladly seek out a room at Campbell House the next time I stay in Eugene. Thank-you staff!
