Hotel is a bit older, but the service was great - right on top of servicing the air conditioner and electric issues.

Worst Experience Ever

The all over vacation was a new nightmare, very rude staff at the entrance, I booked in the hotel next to the beach but I found myself in another hotel ! When asked for change the room with same booked location and pay more for it but the reception refused , you must bribe them to get the best accommodation (15-20$). The furniture is very old, dirty, stinky and TV is from ice ages.

everything is very bad

it was disaster , they don't respect the guests, the restaurant not clean .. the food is the same everyday and bad .. i swear it's not like a real hotel .. they have like only 7 people work in the hotel

Excellent hotel! Bring your snorkling equipment or rent it at the hotel to enjoy snorkling directly on veraclub beach! Very good food and very helpful staff.
