We stayed in their theme room and my family absolutely loved the decor and stuffed animals; breakfast had lots of variety and was delicious; really appreciated the free shuttle to Disneyland; wished we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend.

Breakfast was great, Staff super helpful, and rooms pretty big. Only issue was that we booked a family suite, which said it slept 6; but that wasn't entirely accurate - they were counting 3 people per king size bed & the sofa was too small for someone to sleep on. So, we had to book another room once we arrived.

Great rooms floors 9 to 15 are premium. Gym & pool are at rooftop giving excellent view of Shanghai night lights. Staff very helpful. Internet great in most areas. In some areas internet wasnt reaching. Excellent stay near Disney Resort. Close to Shanghai Metro that leads to undergroung shopping malls under the Shanghai Science Museum. Buy a full days metro card @ 18 RMB to nevigate Shanghai. Breakfast was great, kids meals great too but ordered 5pm to 9pm. Can eat at nearby eateries including Halaal! Overall, 9.9/10.

Great hotel if you need to stay by the airport. Clean, friendly staff. Didn't get to use all the amenities as I was only there for one night, as I had an early morning flight. Didi's to center was affordable. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel was good, but most hotels out of Disney property but nearby are basically located in the middle of nowhere. Not many restaurants or amenities around. There were some street food vendors outside not giving this hotel a good appeal. Breakfast was good.

The Novotel Hotel gave us a 12th floor experience was amazing ! The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful from the walk in checking to checkout. Very clean facility and rooms. Bathrooms were neat they had automatic toilet and spacious shower with hand held and rain head. We left the hotel room door open and opened the windows the fresh breeze from the ocean gave a wonderful relieve breeze continually. The house keeping staff was very kind and helpful with over daily needs. The hotel restaurant had a pleasant helpful attentive staff and the food was fresh and cooked by professional chefs Delicious ! Over a great stay we would stay again and highly recommend for any single or family stay.

Room and staff were all great. 1 thing we liked about the hotel is that it's relatively close to Pudong airport and they provide multiple and frequent shuttle service for guests to various key places in the city (including the Bund, Disneyland and key transport hubs). I personally dropped my phone in the bus to Disneyland and managed to retrieve it after a quick call to the hotel who contacted the driver no problem at all so TYVM!

This place is a bit far. Convenient is they have free shuttle servce to and fr airport. Disneyland is nearby. If you are going disney this is the best choice. Convenient to Disney and pudong airport

Hotel is near Pudong airport, have free shuttle bus to and fro airport, Disney and to Bund. The hotel is a little rundown and not very well-maintained. Bed and pillows are too soft. Cleanliness is also so-so. But the service of staff is good.
