I still love the Hotel‘s location, the way it is cosily nestled between much higher buildings and the quietness of the rooms. But it‘s also obvious that those rooms are in need of some maintenance: There are dark traces of former water leakage on the walls, the sink in my room was actually leaking, handles are loose, and general cleanliness used to be much better. The cleaners took my glasses and left theirs and I never got them back. The wifi didn't work. There were large holes in the walls and the shower didn't drain. The staff was super rude and I checked out after one night and they wouldn't give me my other two days refunded to me. They should shut this place down.
