Terrible experience – avoid this hotel. We stayed here from Sunday, August 23 to Monday, August 24. At check-in, a young male staff member named Dino insisted that I pay the €5 tourist tax per person immediately, refusing to let me pay at check-out. He demanded cash only, claiming the hotel did not accept card payments for such small amounts. Despite my doubts, I paid €10 and asked for a receipt. After some time, Dino gave me what was obviously a fake receipt: a homemade Word document with no official hotel header, footer, or proper details whatsoever (see photo). The next morning, I explained the situation to his female colleague. She apologized for what had happened and returned the €10 in cash. Based on what happened, I can only conclude that Dino tried to pocket the €10 himself. Unfortunately, this was not the only issue. The hotel was also dirty: dried chewing gum on the bedroom floor, bread crumbs and generally poor cleanliness (see photos). There were also serious safety concerns, including exposed, sharp screws directly above the bed, apparently used to secure the TV. Breakfast was another disappointment. It is served in what appears to be a converted hotel room of barely 20 m², with around 20 people squeezed into this tiny space. The choice is extremely limited and the quality is low. The only positive point was the young female staff member, who was friendly and helpful
