"The staff were helpful and friendly having luggage storage pre check in was a great service, the hotel was in great location for our needs and maybe could have more signage about respecting people being a sleep when it’s late, the security of the lift having to tap your room key to use the lift helped feeling safe and secure would stay here again."

"Check-in and check-out was self service and very easy. There was a staff member to assist if needed. All staff were very friendly, welcoming and friendly. The complimentary drink is a nice touch, but it's a very, very sweet fruit punch that we didn't like, due to it being so sweet. We had a loft room that is very spacious and spotlessly clean. The bathroom/shower was great with plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. The smart TV has several channels and you can login to Netflix with your own account if you want. There's a SMEG coffee machine and coffee capsules, which were lovely to have in the morning. We didn't have breakfast, so can't comment on it. The biggest issue however is that the single day bed is so, so hard to sleep on that I may as well have slept on the floor. My friend said the double bed was comfortable. As a suggestion, the day bed would be perfect if a memory foam topper or similar is placed on the day bed when it's being made up. Overall, The Moxy is located well, it was a good price. I would recommend here and would stay again."

"The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect to go to the tourisitcs spots! The room has whatever we need although. Given there are many rooms in hotel, it happens that we need to wait in queue for the breakfast and the environment is bit noisy. other than that , the overall experience is wonderful."

"When checking in, reception staff said free tea and coffee was available if signing up for loyalty scheme. This simply was not true as everytime I attempted to get a cup of coffee an arguement would start with the bar staff who said you had to sign up on line before arriving at hotel to claim free tea and coffee. Housekeeping never cleaned cups in room and tea, coffee and milk used were never replenished"

"Staff were amazing. Small, but clean and quiet rooms. It has a small bar/restaurant area. Better suited for solo travellers or couples. A central location with easy access to subway, buses, and many attractions. Tons of pubs and restaurants nearby."

"Nice hotel but small rooms which are perfect for a small trip but maybe too small for longer stays. Also the noise coming from the floor above is very loud with myself and my friend in a different room both noticed. The staff were lovely and they were very helpful when I raised the noise or interacted with them at any point during my stay. "
