Lovely, renovated village house with amazing sea, coastal, and mountain views, located in the area of Agios Nektarios between Chora Sfakion and Frangokastello on the south coast of Chania. More information, the space: This beautiful residence includes 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, an open kitchen / living room, and wonderful outdoor areas. The house has been lovingly renovated to high standards and offers all modern facilities. Many of the original elements of the house have been preserved setting the tone of the old and new in perfect harmony. The property is split-leveled. Three of the 4 bedrooms have private exterior entrances, and so does the living room and kitchen area. On the upper floor (road level) there are 2 bedrooms sharing a bathroom and a private, separate entrance. These rooms access a balcony with beautiful sea and coastal views. There is a small refrigerator as well as an electric kettle for guests’ convenience in one of these bedrooms. Please note that one bedroom has access from the other. The entrance area to this unit has a lovely shaded terrace with garden furniture and flowers in pots. From this upper level there is an outdoor staircase / walkway to the next level below. The lower level of the property includes a separate entrance to the kitchen and living room, and a bathroom where the washing machine is located. The living room also provides additional accommodation for 2 guests on the sofa. Outdoors, under the above balcony, and next to the entrance of the living room, there is a comfortable double hanging bed, a perfect place to relax in the shade. Across the entrance from the living room, there is the private entrance to the 3rd bedroom with en-suite bathroom. On the other side of this building and next to the pool is the private entrance to the 4th bedroom with en-suite bathroom and exquisite sea views. From the living room / kitchen area and towards the pool, is the wonderful outdoor living area. The outdoor lounge is shaded by 2 beautiful mulberry trees, and the outdoor dining table and BBQ with sink and fridge offer magnificent views as do the sun beds along the pool and the stone built day-bed. The garden beds are planted with lovely local plants and flowers and a large selection of herbs for your enjoyment. The property is fully enclosed with a fence, and private. Parking is plentiful along the road, right outside the main gated entrance. The surroundings are quiet and peaceful with olive groves and a few houses as immediate neighbors. Special attention has been given to the beds and mattresses ensuring restful sleep and relaxation. Sfakia is the perfect starting point for exploring the beautiful south coast of Crete. The area has countless opportunities for hiking and exploring the beautiful and awe-inspiring ravines and mountains. Sfakia is famous for its approximately 50 ravines, the most famous being Samaria, Imbros, and Aradena. From Sfakia on a clear day one can glimpse the islands of Gavdos and Gavdopoula, 22 nautical miles south of Crete. Gavdos with its 50 inhabitants is a small, beautiful green island with unforgettable sandy beaches and views. You can reach Gavdos by ferry or by an organized boat trip. Am Infinity Pool mit dem Ausblick auf Olivenbäume, das Meer und die Berge kann man sich einfach nicht satt sehen! Wir haben die Zeit zu acht in der Villa sehr genossen. Es ist genügend Platz da um nicht andauernd aufeinander zu sitzen und der Pool ist auch groß genug für 8 Schwimmtiere. :) Die Ausstattung (z. B. Küche und Bad) und die Zimmer der Unterkunft lassen keine Wünsche offen! Vielen lieben Dank an Alexandra die mich/uns vorab mit Rat und Tat jederzeit unterstütz hat! Die Organisation von Mietwagen, Flughafen Shuttle, Kochservice (super leckeres & lokales 3-Gänge-Menü) sowie ein Bootsausflug war dadurch sehr entspannt, einfach und schnell. Vor allem gilt Konstantina & Nikos, den Ansprechpartnern vor Ort, ein super großes Dankeschön! Konstantina hat uns an der Unterkunft begrüßt und uns Tipps zum Einkaufen, den nahegelegenen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants geschickt. Jederzeit war sie für alle Fragen via WhatsApp schnell erreichbar und hat uns auch Frühstück und lokale Snacks mitgebracht, das war so lieb von dir Konstantina. This villa is the most stunning villa any of us had stayed at, the hosts really made it an exceptional stay. THANK YOU Alexandra, Nikos and Konstantina, you were incredible before and throughout our stay. A huge shout out to Alexandra for dealing with our many requests, nothing was ever too much trouble and you were so very helpful. Nikos & Konstantina, your villa is stunning, the views, the little touches, made this one of the most beautiful visits, and you are so friendly too! You were so welcoming, we had the best week ever in such beautiful surroundings. Several elements made this trip exceptional, the supermarket deliveries straight to the villa, the boat trip and the chef that came and cooked for us, we really could not have asked for more!
