The staff were very welcoming and when we entered our room the heater was already on the therefore the room was very warm and comfortable. We stayed again on our return trip and it was lovely to see that they remembered my first name. Only thing missing would be nice to have breakfast included. The room was spotless and my only complaint was that the floorboards were quite squeaky when you walked around. Close enough (easy walking) to the Seymour Club, 2 pubs with good meals (The Royal seemed the best) and Maccas.
