Staff at the main desk were very helpful, booked a lot of tours for me, helped me with navigating around the area. Cleaners also did a great job everyday. Hotel is placed in the perfect location with great views of Hagia Sohia and the blue mosque, also have great views of the sea from the restaurant on the 6th floor. Overall my stay the the hotel for 5 nights was absolutely amazing.

"Overall pleasant stay rooms were great, but there was issue with the wifi( not secure enough) someone hacked our email and my kids app store on ipad, but we recovered back.
