Pounce Hall -Stunning historic home in rural Essex
Pets welcome which is a big bonus, ideally located for saffron Walden and walks.A lovely historic house albeit extremely expensive compared to other similar properties that we have stayed in.

Parking was 20 pounds a night which seemed excessive. Room was very clean. Our dinner in the adjoining restaurant was excellent! However, our room was a long way from the elevator. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with very helpful and friendly staff.
