It consists of original architectural elements from the late 19th and early 20th centuries, such as the handmade glazed tiles and hydraulic flooring (traditional Sevillian ceramics) made by the ceramists Ramos Rejano and Mensaque; the mosaic of the Virgen del Perpetuo Socorro, the work of the ceramic factory Nuestra Señora de los Remedios by J. Laffitte; handmade and hand-painted plasterwork; wrought iron entrance gate, among others.Laffitte; hand-made and hand-painted plasterwork; wrought iron entrance gate, among others.As for the decorative elements, an attempt is made to respect the taste of the old nobility with details such as the cabinet (wardrobe from 1920), mahogany mirrors or period lamps... All of them mixed with the comfort of today's decoration. The house consists of 3 large bedrooms with comfortable double beds, with the possibility to use the sofa bed in the master bedroom. The most impressive thing about the house is its magnificent terrace with outdoor shower, perfect to enjoy the Sevillian climate and its spectacular views of the city center. The accommodation has a living room with an eclectic decoration that makes it very special. In addition, the high ceilings with mouldings add a unique touch to the atmosphere. It also has a fully equipped kitchen, two modern bathrooms and a toilet. ¡ Do not wait any longer and book now this impressive manor house to experience the authentic beauty of Seville! It is important to note that all bedrooms have a private terrace and the whole house is accessible by stairs. It's huge, the entire house, the rooms are spacious and well equipped. There are a lot of stairs, but a small price to pay for such luxury. The multiple outdoor spaces were favourites with our family, but the cool high-ceilinged indoor spaces were nice too! Lovely neighbourhood, with many food options nearby. Just a great time in a mind-blowing space! Email/text communications with the host were fine, and the personalized tour of the place was very helpful. Bathrooms were clean and spacious, and beds were comfy. We were sad to leave when our stay was over. Would go back to this apartment (and to Sevilla!) in a heartbeat. ##### Heather K.
