Access to the building and apartment is by access code, no more keys!So that you fully enjoy your stay, the apartment has a shared pool (not heated) in the building (open 365 days a year from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.) and terrace! EVA RECOMMENDS invites you to stay in our stylish and modern one-bedroom apartment in the historic center of Seville. As you can see in the photos, this beautiful apartment located in the old town of Seville consists of the following spaces: \- A living room area equipped with sofa, television and dining table.- A dining-kitchen area equipped and fully open to the living room.- A bathroom, accessible from the living room before entering the bedroom- Regarding the sleeping area, this is organized as follows: \* A master bedroom equipped with a double bed.\* A sleeping area located in the same space as the living room equipped with 2 single beds. This area is separated from the living room by a curtain. Finally, mention that thanks to its exterior orientation, you will have access to several small private balconies. It is a warm and cozy space, used and oriented to provide the best stay to the guest.If you need more space do not hesitate to ask us, there is more accommodation in the building.
