We arrived late to the hotel and the front desk graciously helped us to our room. The room was not what we expected based on the web site photos and presentation. Room 19 was at best a 2 ⭐️ ⭐️ quality accommodation. The bathroom was in need of repair and not modern at all. The next evening, upon returning to the hotel, we expressed our displeasure and were afforded a much better room that had been recently renovated. Modern bathroom, more space, and a better bed turned what was a disappointing experience to one that ended well. The next morning the hotel manager was very apologetic and accommodated is with breakfast at no charge. He explained that the hotel is in the process of upgrading to 4 star and that not all of the rooms have been renovated.

Cute hotel right in the middle of Barrio Santa Cruz. Very quiet and great patio area. Enjoyed the rooftop hot tub which was a great perk we didn’t know we had access to until we got there. Very good concierge. Only a couple drawbacks that would vastly improve the comfort at the hotel: better towels (they were pretty thin and felt cheap) and a better blow dryer, it was so small and constantly overheated making it a hassle to dry my hair.

I am from New Orleans and I fell in love with this beautiful hotel! I felt right at home with all of its charm! I want to say the gentleman at the front desk, Jose (maybe ) who had a strong resemblance to actor Diego Luna, gave me outstanding service from the minute I checked in to the last day I checked out. I fell in love with my stay here. Will be back soon!
